My office is virtual, and we will be meeting online via a secure video platform. Many of my clients appreciate the safety and security of their home and/or office for. Meeting virtually also eliminates driving time, bad weather driving, and the ability to continue with counseling if you are away from home as long as you are within Michigan.
The online scheduler has a part time schedule currently. If you need a different time, please email, call, or text for other possible options during the week.

I kindly ask that cancellations be made 24 hours before your appointment. Since I generally have people waiting on a spot, if an appointment is canceled in less than 24 hours, you are responsible for the full session fee.
- Research has shown that online counseling can be just as effective as in-person counseling. We will find a regular time that works, and help you through whatever you are facing.
- We will use a secure HIPPA compliant video platform for counseling, and you will receive the link to log in through an email.
- A strong internet signal is important to keep connected.
- You will need a private place. Headphones may help with privacy.
- Therapy works best when you attend sessions and actively participate. We will talk about your strengths, your areas of concern, how we can use your strengths to help with difficult areas, and learn skills.
